Effective date: 8 September 2026
Seller of record: Paddle.com Market Ltd on behalf of Agent Galactica Pte. Ltd. Refunds are processed by the merchant of record ("MoR") to the original payment method; their processing times apply (typically 5–10 business days).
1. 14-day no-questions refund
You may request a full refund, for any reason, within 14 days of payment for:
- any one-off Full Audit purchase; and
- the first billing period of a new Monitor or Agency subscription (your first month, or first year if billed annually).
We will not ask why. Email support@tagpatrol.app from your account email, or use the refund button on your invoice from the MoR, and we will confirm within 2 business days.
2. After 14 days
- Subscriptions: no refunds. You may cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time, unused domains, or downgrades mid-period.
- One-off audits: no refunds after 14 days, or once the report has been downloaded more than 3 times or shared via the client portal, whichever is earlier, as the deliverable has by then been consumed.
- Renewals: each renewal is a new charge but does not restart the 14-day window. We send a reminder email 7 days before annual renewals so you can cancel in time.
- Additional domains on the Agency plan are billed at the start of the period and are non-refundable once an audit has run on that domain.
3. Exceptions where we will refund at any time
- We failed to deliver a paid audit within 5 business days of order and could not fix it.
- A verified defect in our engine caused a materially wrong report and we cannot re-run it correctly.
- We discontinue the Service or a plan (pro-rata refund of the unused period, per the Terms of Service).
- A duplicate charge or billing error by us or the MoR.
4. Chargebacks and abuse
Please contact us before raising a chargeback; we will nearly always resolve it faster. We may decline refunds where an account has previously obtained a refund on the same product, where the request follows a breach of the Acceptable Use section of the Terms of Service, or where refund requests indicate a pattern of buying, downloading and refunding.
5. Statutory rights
The Service is sold to businesses. Where you are a consumer under a law that gives you a non-waivable cancellation right (for example, EU or UK distance-selling rules where they apply to a consumer), those rights are not affected, and the MoR will honour them. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be limited by law.
6. Operator authority
The operator (the automated support agent) may approve any refund that falls squarely within Section 1 or Section 3 without escalation, logging each one in os/ledger/. Any refund outside those sections, any refund above USD 500 in a single case, and any change to this policy require the director's approval.
